Employer Resources
The South Central PA Workforce Investment Board has identified targeted industry and occupational clusters that impact the regioinal workforce. A cluster approach helps to align industry needs with resouces to meet the needs of the workforce. Incumbent training dollars, tax credits and other resources are available to assist employers with a variety of workforce development needs through the South Central PA WIB.
